The successful candidate will be 2-4 years PQE with the ability to advise and support clients on a wide array of family matters including Divorce, Financial Remedy and Private Law Children Act cases. They will be:

Responsible for a caseload of private family matters including:

• Divorce and Dissolution of civil partnerships
• Financial remedy
• Financial provision for children and separation agreements
• Cohabitation agreements
• Child arrangements
