We are large high street law firm with offices in Liverpool and Bootle. We employ over 50 members of staff and are legal specialists in Criminal & Prison Law, Actions against public authorities, Housing law, Family law, Wills & probate, Industrial disease, Civil & Personal injury matters and Medical negligence. We have a strong tradition in providing excellent legal provision and service. The firm holds the Lexcel Practice Management standard from the Law Society.

This role entails working in a busy Family Department dealing with work which includes:

⚫ Advising clients over the phone and face to face in relation to Wills, Probate and LPA’s

⚫ Drafting Wills

⚫ Drafting Powers of Attorney

⚫ Probate planning and estate administration

The successful applicant should have the ability to organise, monitor and evaluate their own workload in order to meet targets and deadlines. A confident telephone manner and ability to retain information is required. Good interpersonal skills are essential. The role would be office based however the firm does have the facilities to facilitate hybrid working if essential but preferred would be office based.

We will consider full or part-time applicants. There is scope to develop this role into a larger private client department in time. This role requires someone who is at least 3 years PQE with experience in the relevant area.

Pay is negotiable based on experience.
